Step 1 – Switch Didi App to Chinese

The Charter feature is hidden in the English version, so you’ll need to change the app language:

1. Open the Didi app.

2. Tap “Me”      (bottom-right tab).

3. Go to Settings      (gear icon).

4. Select “Language”      and change it to 简体中文      (Simplified Chinese).

5. Restart the app.

Now you’ll see new service options — including 包车 (Charter) — on the main screen.

Step 2 – Choose the Charter Option

From the homepage, tap on 包车 (Charter) to start your booking.
