On the morning of June 14th, Longwan Outlet Mall in Wanjiang officially opened, marking the opening of the first city-level outlet mall in Dongguan to the public.
The opening ceremony was filled with a lively atmosphere and attracted many citizens to come and support. With the opening of Longwan Outlet Mall, the first Wanjiang Longwan Outlet Mall Shopping Festival was also launched simultaneously.
During the event, the mall will offer a series of promotions such as time-limited discounts, full-reduction offers, consumption raffles, and special performances like the Chinese traditional dance "Yingge", providing consumers with a rich shopping experience.
As a key commercial complex project introduced by Wanjiang Street, the opening of Longwan Outlet Mall not only fills the gap in the high-end brand discount consumption sector in the region but also brings a new shopping experience to citizens and consumers in the Greater Bay Area with its innovative model of "brand + discount + culture and tourism", which will help enhance the commercial level of Wanjiang and expand the consumer market.
Longwan Outlets has a total commercial area of over 160,000 square meters and gathers over 200 domestic and international brands, among which more than 60 are regional flagship stores. International luxury brands such as GUCCI, PRADA, and BURBERRY have entered in the form of combination stores, setting a precedent for the outlet business model in South China. The sports and fashion section features international sports brands like Nike, adidas, and PUMA, while the men's and women's clothing section includes brands such as ELLASSAY and YING'ER Fashion Club, catering to the diverse fashion demands of consumers.
In addition to its rich brand lineup, Longwan Outlets has also created a variety of lifestyle experience formats. The 15,000-square-meter Huaxia CINITY Cinema is equipped with the first LED giant screen in South China. The 5,000-square-meter V5 Sports Center houses an NBA-standard basketball court and a fencing training base. The 2,400-square-meter Dayu Haitang Amusement Center features 20 cutting-edge devices including VR racing cars. There is also a 2,200-square-meter Xinlufu Restaurant and a 5,000-square-meter multi-functional column-free banquet hall, providing one-stop leisure and entertainment services.
Longwan Outlets is located at the intersection of Wandao Road and Yinlong Road in Wanjiao Sub-district. It enjoys convenient transportation, being close to major roads such as G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, and Huancheng West Road. It is seamlessly connected to the Quhai Station of the under-construction Dongguan Metro Line 1. The under-construction Hongfu West Road - Yinlong Road cross-river tunnel also passes through the west square of Longwan Outlets, forming a "15-minute urban consumption circle" covering the surrounding areas and reducing the travel time for citizens to shop and consume.
The opening of Longwan Outlets not only fills the gap of urban outlets in Dongguan but also further enriches the commercial connotation of Wanjiao, injecting strong vitality into Wanjiao's "business, tourism and culture" ecosystem. Longwan Outlets is expected to have an annual footfall of over 15 million people and will become an important engine for the commercial development of Dongguan, leading the new trend of urban consumption.
